Price of land in Ayodhya will skyrocket, the government is preparing to increase the circle rate
Ayodhya has become a prime real estate location since the construction of the Ram temple. The price of land here has started increasing.
There are preparations to increase the circle rate of land in Ayodhya. The people of Ayodhya have been demanding this for a long time. Not getting proper compensation was also cited as one of the reasons behind BJP's defeat in the Lok Sabha elections. Now, after seven years, there are preparations to increase the circle rate of land in Ayodhya by 50 to 200 percent. The last time the circle rate was increased was in the year 2017.
Along with the construction of Ram Mandir, the government has taken hundreds of acres of land from the people for building airport, bus stand and roads in Ayodhya. But these people did not get proper compensation because the circle rate was low. Whereas the market rate of land in Ayodhya is sky high. The people of Ayodhya are angry with the government due to not getting compensation.
The government is preparing to increase the circle rate
The proposal to increase the circle rate in Ayodhya has been prepared. For this, objections have been sought on the proposed rates till September 4. After this, the circle rate will be decided and released publicly. Ayodhya's Division Commissioner Gaurav Dayal said that two meetings have been held in this regard. The final decision regarding the circle rate will be taken after the objections are settled.
Ayodhya has become a real estate location
Ayodhya has become a prime real estate location since the construction of the Ram temple. The price of land here has started increasing. The price of land here may double. After the foundation stone of the Ram temple, the purchase of land in Ayodhya has increased. The land buyers include Baba Ramdev, Sri-Shri Ravi Shankar and many big leaders, officers and businessmen. These lands were first notified as buffer zones, but were later denotified with the approval of the Governor.
Pran Pratishtha was done on 22 January this year
On 22 January this year, the new idol of Ramlala was consecrated in the grand Ram temple of Ayodhya. Many people from across the country participated in this occasion. Along with many politicians of the country including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bollywood celebrities, big industrialists and South stars were also present. Preparations for this were done with great fanfare. The consecration of Ramlala was done with full rituals.
